Close up 10 days after installation

This is now how I loosely braid it and tuck it in be fore bed. I don't like sleeping in rods or rollers and I think its too much munipulating. Which I can't do right now.

I have up to 2in of natural hair and 6-8.5in of relaxed ends

This is my work style. It may be my signature style until I cut off all the relaxed ends. Its very easy to manage. All I do is loosely braid and tuck in.

This is the result of the braid out. I'm still having breakage on my relaxed ends but I expect that because I only spritz my hair with rose water every couple of days. After so many weeks of not getting a touch-up on my new growth the breakage is expected. Surprisingly my hair doesn't feel hard or dry. I actually love the way my natural hair feels. I have two textures. The sides above my ears have a tighter and dryer curl pattern whereas, with the rest of my hair, the curl pattern is tight but does not have a dry feeling to it. That explains why I had a breakage issue in those areas when relaxing. Currently, I pay special attention to those areas when spritzing with rose water. I also believe that those areas above my ears will lock sooner because after only 1 week it kinda has a puffy cylinder feel to it already.

I like the way the sisterlocks pattern give my natural hair a "coily" look....if thats a word Lol

Test Locks

KeAndri installed my tested locks on Jan 15th. I was so impatient. During that time I really didn't put anything on my hair in preparation for only water being used until the settling in stage. Boy, was my natural roots hard, and my relaxed ends were very dry. I had alot of breaking I believe primarily because I colored my ends months prior. I also purchased a bottle of rose water(Blaqkofi) to use along with the distilled water to spritz on my hair. I did spritz my hair with rose water prior to my installation because I wanted to see how my hair would respond to it.

Day 1 after my installation

This is my 1st day after my installation and I am already loving my "babies". I will patiently care for him.
